PROJECT DETAILS
Located in the heart of Philly’s Rittenhouse Square neighborhood, 250 South 18th Street was an extremely challenging job. When the balconies had to be remodeled, they called on PSC to complete the task. The scaffold had to be constructed so that workers could squeeze in between the neighboring structure and still have enough room to work. Pinnacle erected a scaffold that was 60’ long by only 2’ wide and 180’ tall. It was then completely wrapped with debri netting and then outfitted with a material hoist. The resulting scaffolding gave the residence the privacy they required during renovations and also allowed workers enough room to complete the job.PSC specializes in custom designs and installations, just like this one.
